Can-Phil Pacific Agency Ltd is an employment agency licensed by the Province of Alberta and authorized to recruit and process qualified and experienced workers for employment nationwide. We advertise through national websites and directories, and the majority of our business is through referrals from applicants and employers. We conduct in-person interviews as well as by telephone for both low-skilled and high-skilled applicants to verify their work experience and to screen them to ensure their qualifications meet the client's requirements.
Our company also works in partnership with Visa Smart Canadian Immigration Consultants to provide additional services such as Work Permits, Permanent Residence, Student Visa, Visitor’s Visa.
History
​From its humble beginnings, Can-Phil Pacific Agency Ltd was incorporated on May 25th, 2000 and started operating out of Edmonton, Alberta on June 1st of the same year. Initially, we specialized in providing childcare, elderly care, and special needs care both for local & overseas placement. In early 2006, we expanded our recruitment for temporary foreign workers to provide manpower because of the labour shortage in Alberta.
